The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Georgia Reyna can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The Innocent One

My grandmother was my heart.  I remember growing up, and when I went over to visit, she was always fed me fresh tortillas and told me stories of how she wanted to adopt me.  She always made me feel like I was her son not her grandson.  I always seemed to be able to get away with things and be able to blame it on my uncles and she would believe me instead of them.  In her eyes, I felt like I could do no wrong.  She spoiled me and loved me just the way I was.  She would defend me against my grandfather who would call me gringo because I couldn"t speak spanish.  She got  on to him when he gave me  my first  jalapeno and it burned my mouth.  I loved her then and more now.  She is always apart of my life.  My grandmother my grandmother is my heart.
