Condolence: Delbert was a joy to have known. I knew Delbert through work at the bank and going to church. You never met Delbert that he did not have a smile and kind word. He was a very hard working man and very conscientious. I will miss him and would hope that you could find peace through his lord and savior Jesus Christ. I was honored to have known him.
