The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Peggy Johnson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Margie Boyd
Condolence: I am so sorry we lost touch when we moved from Brentwood many years ago. Peggy's two boys were ideal matches for our two, and they spent many happy hours together (and we'll forget the airplane paint they applied to a carpet!)LOL Seriously, I have so many happy memories of that dear lady, and I'm sorry I wasn't aware of all the problems she faced, so that I could have helped more. She jumped right in when I needed a sitter (for Pretzel {dog} or boys.) Always cheerful, willing to pitch in for any reason. There will never be another one like her. "Her children shall rise up and call her Blessed." Prov. 31

Condolence: Peggy was one of the most amazing women I have ever met. Reader's Digest had two articles in each issue and Peggy was without a doubt "Someone You Should Know" and a cherished "My Most Unforgettable Character". Peggy has these really great sayings she called Peggy's Pearls. The best one to me was "don't sweet the small stuff". You will be missed so very much by so many lives that you touched. Sore dear lady, sore with the angels.
