William Moore
William "Bill" Madison Moore, 86, of Waco, died Friday, December 10, 2010. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Rosemound Cemetery with Rev. Jim Gray officiating.
Mr. Moore was born October 14, 1924 in Waco to Joseph Douglas Moore and Catherine Baccus Moore. He worked in radio for several years in Beaumont and later in Shreveport and then returned to Waco and was employed with KWTX Radio and TV for over 53 years. He spent his leisure time fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Moore is survived by his cousin, Elizabeth McMath of Denton; and his friend and neigbor, Billy Peace of Waco.
