Tammy Knight

Tammy Marie Knight, 61, of Waco, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026. She was born on August 30, 1964 in Racine, WI and relocated to the Woodway/Speegleville area with her family in 1979. She attended and graduated from Crawford ISD.

Tammy enjoyed singing karaoke and playing bingo with her many friends. She also enjoyed watching game shows such as Jeopardy, as well as watching soap operas. She loved to watch Bluey with her beloved great nieces. Spending time with her pug Prissy was also a favorite, but taking care of those in need what she loved most of all. 

She was previously employed at Chelsea's Street Pub, Pizza Hut, and Golden Corral in Waco, Texas.

Tammy is survived by her parents, James and Joan Knight of Woodway, TX; siblings, Timothy Knight and Debra Smith of Coolidge, TX, Thomas and Melissa Knight of Rockdale, TX, and Teresa and Ken Meacham of Naples, FL; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at the Speegleville Baptist Church, 469 Speegle Rd. A dinner will be held following the service.
