Sabina Lerma “Sabooboo”

Sabina Lerma, 53, of Waco, Texas passed away on May 4, 2025. Visitation will start at 4pm on Saturday, May 10, 2025 with Prayer Service at 5pm at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Sabina Lerma was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She loved her grandkids with all her heart. Sabina loved to cook and dance/party. She helped so many, never turning her back on anyone. Sabina always thought about others before herself, she would give up the clothes on her back to help anyone. Sabina was a mom to many, a big sister, friend, lover, and fighter. She was the life of the party. Sabina was the one to keep everyone together. She saw no wrong in anyone.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Luz Maria Sotelo and her stepfather, Juan Sotelo.

Sabina is survived by her father, Tomas Coronado Villa; husband, Jaime Garcia; children, Ricky L. Lerma, Jessica M. Lerma, Lucerito Garcia Lerma, Beatris Garcia Lerma, Jaime A. Garcia-Lerma, and Carina A. Garcia-Lerma; adopted children, John E. Clark (Nikki), Roman Lerma, Angel Gomez, Jose M. Mejia Santos, and Oscar Villedas; brother, Tomas C. Villa, Jr.; sisters, Rhonda Williams, Lorena Segura, Margarita Osorio, Cecilia Amaro, and Tequila Roberson; stepbrothers, Alberto Ramirez, Larry Villa, and Homer Villa; stepsisters, Miriam Ramirez and Etzy Almazan; son-in-laws, Michael Sargent and Ricardo Perez; as well as 34 grandchildren.
