Rosielee Monrial

Rosielee Monrial, 82, of Waco, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2026, at her home in Dallas. A celebration of Rosielee’s life will be held at OakCrest Funeral Home on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The final viewing will be held on October 16th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home, with the funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery will immediately follow the service.

Rosielee was born on February 20, 1944, to Vincent and Anita T. Reyes. She was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. Rosielee enjoyed dancing and listening to music, but most of all, she loved cooking and being with her family. She also loved reading books, working word puzzles, and working at the Hager Company for 10 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Sam Monrial, and her parents, Vincent and Anita T. Reyes.

Rosielee is survived by her children: Sam Monrial, Jr. and his wife Marie; Deanna Monrial; Mark A. Monrial; Andrew Monrial and his wife Sandra; and Erika Monrial and her partner Chris.

She is also survived by her siblings: Cynthia Reyes; Humberto Reyes and his wife Roxanne; Anna M. Tovar; and Vincent Reyes, Jr. and his wife Rhonda; as well as her grandchildren: Lester, Sam III., Adrian L., Monika, Andrew Jr., David, Antonio, Nia, Arissa, Sebastian, Adrian M.,Gianni, and Zeke; and her great-grandchildren: Arlyee, Davone, Joziah, Malachi, Penelope, Shiya, Adrian Jr., David Jr., Aven, Rosalie, Mahala, Ashton, Lola, Kristen, Chevy, Clayton, and Landon.
