Rosa Linda Villarreal

Linda Villarreal, 75, of Waco, Texas, was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on September 13, 1950. She passed away peacefully in her home on August 25, 2026.

Linda was a devoted and loving soul whose gentle heart touched everyone around her. She will always be remembered for her tender affection, compassionate spirit, Faith, and the deep care she showed toward all those who knew her.

Linda grew up in Corpus Christi alongside her eleven siblings. Their childhood together created cherished memories and lasting bonds that remained an important part of Linda’s life. As an adult, Linda pursued her education and went on to build a fulfilling career where she became an office manager for an oral surgeon, dedicating many years of her life to her work. After retiring, Linda devoted herself to caring for her mother and brother, always putting the needs of those she loved before her own,

Linda was also a loving and devoted mother to her son, Raul Jr. Solis and his wife, Abigail, and her daughter, Lyna and her husband, Jaime Zuniga, as well as an incredible grandmother to her ten grandchildren and to her great granddaughter. Her love of God and family was at the heart of her life, she gave them all her love, support, and unwavering care.

Linda saw every moment of life as an opportunity to live it to the fullest, embracing each day with courage and an open heart. Linda will forever be remembered for her unwavering faith, kindness, compassion, strength, and devotion to everyone she met. Her loving presence will be deeply missed, but the memories she created and the love she gave will remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
