Phillip Christopher Palacios, 54, of Waco, Texas, passed away on June 3, 2026. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Craig Klempnauer officiating.

He was born on November 12, 1971, to Jesse and Becky Palacios. Phillip was a hardworking man and a true jack of all trades. He spent the last 25 years working as a truck driver, including 15 years with Rosanbalm Construction, where he served as both a dispatcher and foreman. Known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others, Phillip was respected by colleagues and friends alike.

Phillip was married to Jessica Horton from 2000 to 2013, and together they had two daughters, Lauren (25) and London (23). He was later married to Lisa Havis.

Family was at the center of Phillip's life. He cherished every moment spent with his children and grandchildren: Anthony (9), Nevaeh (6), Jose Jr. (1), and Evelyn (4 months). He also enjoyed taking the occasional bike ride on his father's motorcycle and creating lasting memories with those he loved.

Phillip was known for his generous heart, kind spirit, and readiness to lend a helping hand whenever someone was in need. He touched the lives of many and was loved by all who knew him. His presence, laughter, and unwavering devotion to family will be deeply missed.

Phillip is survived by his mother, Becky Palacios; his brother, Jesse Palacios, Jr.; his daughter, London Palacios and son Anthony; his daughter, Lauren and her husband Jose Figueroa and their children Nevaeh, Jose Jr., and Evelyn; as well as his niece, nephew, two great-nieces, and two great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Palacios and his beloved sister, Nichole Palacios.

The family will forever cherish Phillip's memory and the love he shared with those around him.
