Omar Bengochea, Sr.

Omar Bengochea was born January 25, 1969 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. His parents were Maria Lina Ayala and Radames Bengochea.

Omar was preceded in death by his loving parents.

Omar is survived by his three sons, Omar Jr., Nicholas Elmon, and John Paul; granddaughter, Anaya; brother, Martin Vasquez and his wife Joyce; and sister, Nancy Gutierrez and her husband Francisco. Omar was also blessed by a wonderful former wife, Annette (Toni) Ochoa and her parents, Deacon Antonio and Belinda Arocha; as well as other family members and friends, especially his friends from the pool hall.

He was a professional athlete, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and won his battle over his illness.
