Mary Ellen Sabido 57, passed away Sunday January 13, 2013 at a local hospital. Mass of
Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday Jan 17,2013 at St Francis Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be recited Wednesday January 16, 2013 at 7:00 PM at OakCrest Funeral Home with Jessie C. Garza as celebrant, followed by visitation with family.
Mary was born June 29, 1955 in Waco to Rueben and Dominga Garcia Sardaneta.
She was a member of St Francis Catholic Church and a longtime CCE teacher at the church.
Mary was preceded in death by her father; brother, Roy Sardaneta; and sister, Natalia Foster.
Mary is survived by a daughter, Teresa Myers and husband, Qiant of Waco; son, Christopher Sabido and wife, Roseanna of Waco; mother, Dominga Sardaneta of Waco; three sisters, Diana Sardaneta of Austin; Raquel Sardaneta Breeding and husband, Bill of
El Paso, and Martha Sardaneta Gaona of Waco; brother, Jesse Sardaneta of Waco; and six grandchildren, Isabella and Catarina Melendez, Joel and Sara Rangel, and Tra'monica and Aniyah Sabido.
