Lee was born in Fort Worth to Lee Holloway Jr. and Zoe Anne Cathcart Holloway. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and a professional sign painter. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Lee is survived by his daughter Maddison Holloway, son William Lee Holloway IV; sisters Susan Holloway Leggott and husband Tom, Mary Ann Holloway and grandson Lee William Holloway V. and special friend Nick Gaston and family.
