Joe Reed, 70, of Waco, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011. Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Greg Knippa officiating.
Joe was born in Attalla, Alabama to Thomas Melvin Reed and Helen Forgey Reed. He was married to Betty Voyles on February 14, 1969 in Memphis, Tenn. Joe was a retired landscaper, and was a member of Family Worship Center. Joe had a compassion for animals and loved his pets.
