Frances Beatrice Reed, 58, of Waco, passed away Friday in a local hospital. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 22, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque, with the Rev. Wayne Williams officiating.
Frances was born in Dallas to James and Beatrice (Reagan) Boyd.
She was a RN at Providence Hospital for 15 years before retiring in 1994. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son, Michael Hanley Reed of Austin; daughter, Mindy Jeanne Reed-Werpney of Waco; sister, Marcia Jeanne Tiefel of Southlake; and grandsons, Noah and Joanah Werpney of Waco.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2499 Capital of Texas Highway South, Bldg. A Suite 204, Austin, TX 78746.
