Donna Elaine Markum was born October 24, 1946 to Cecil and Billie (Graves) Rankin in Waco, TX. She graduated from University High School, and worked many years at Hillcrest Medical Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Kristy Hill and husband, Brooks of Crawford; grandchildren, Kaden and Kinley Hill; and friend, J. Whit Mills.
