Betty was born July 5, 1933 to David and Jessie Francis Sallee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert John Azevedo; son, Robert John Azevedo II; and daughter, Susan Chernoff.
She is survived by her daughter in-law,10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
