Artie Mae Smith, 66, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015. Graveside Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015 at the Moore Cemetery in Chalk Bluff, TX.
Artie Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Sadie (O’Vaugh) Moffett; husband, Ace Smith; children Johnny Phillips, Jr., Sandra Kay Phillips; brothers, A.J. Moffett, Billy Moffett, Leonard B. Moffett, Robert Bennet, J.C. Bennet, Jerry Bennet; and sisters, Evelyn Barron, Betty Sales, and Mary Shelton.
Artie Mae is survived by her children, Albert Phillips and wife, Savanna, Tammie Phillips, Brenda Anderson; grandchildren, Candace and husband, David, Donald, Tasha, Rhonda, Bindi, Marti, Alexis, Michael, and Aubreana; great-grandchildren, Ambree, Aubree, and L.D.; siblings, Buela Hays Beryl, Joann Oldham, Jimmy Moffett; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Donald Bartley, David Gillespie, Benny Shelton, Jerry Bennett, Albert Phillips, and Joe Cehand.
