Ann Neill Minor

Ann Neill Minor, born July 4, 1936 and passed on June 4, 2026 at the age of 89 in Waco, Texas.

Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at OakCrest Funeral Home in the Chapel. There will be a private family burial.

Ann was born in Pine Hill, Texas and grew up in Henderson, Texas. She attended Kilgore Junior College where she was a member of the Kilgore College Rangerettes and was also homecoming queen. She later married Carroll Minor in 1956 and then together they moved to Marlin, Texas in 1961. She raised her family in Marlin and later moved to Woodway where she resided until her passing.

She enjoyed cooking for her boys and attending their athletic events in Marlin. She also enjoyed raising plants, attending church, and reading her bible. She was a cat lover and had several in her later years. Ann was a devout Christian and would share her faith with everyone she met.

Ann is survived by her sons, Mark Minor (Teresa), Steve Minor (Donna), Lane Minor (Doni), and John Minor (Yvonne); sister, Alta Leath; grandchildren, Brandy Minor, Michah Minor, Afton Minor Linder, Christian Minor, Alexandra Minor, Miles Minor, and Maclain Minor; great-grandchildren, Jackson Neill Minor, Gunner Minor, Kashton Linder, Harleigh Minor, Addison Minor, Lyla Minor, Liam Minor, Palmer Minor, Margo Minor, and Berkley Minor.

She is preceded in death by her spouse, Carroll Minor; grandson, Barrett Minor; parents, Floyd and Birdie Neill; and her sister, Billie Jo Duran.
