Ann Swift Duncan, 72, of Robinson, died Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Providence Health Center. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit with the Rev. John Wells officiating.
Ann was born April 1, 1941 in Cameron to Dr. and Mrs. Clifford Gibson Swift. She attended Texas State University and completed her education at Four C College. Ann will forever be known for her love, kindness and her tender heartedness for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and best friend of 51 years, John Davis Duncan, who was waiting for her with open arms.
Those left to cherish her loving memory are her son, John Davis Duncan and wife, Terri of California and her daughter, Laura D. Betros and husband, Eric of Robinson; her brother, Clifford G. Swift, Jr. and wife, Donna; her twin sister, Laura Hayes and husband, Ron; her adorable grandchildren, Justin, Shannon, Joshua, and Taylor Duncan all of California and B.J. and Duncan Betros of Robinson; and her great grandson, Austin Hoel of California.
In lieu of floral arrangements, memorials can be directed to the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit, 1624 Wooded Acres Waco, TX 76710.
