Everyone knew Alice as the sweetest woman who had a heart of gold when it came to helping others. She was a strong woman who fought a long and courageous battle with Dementia. She will be deeply missed by everyone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Louisa Gonzalez; sons, Patrick A. Becerra, Steve Becerra, and Richard Becerra; grandsons, Benjamin Becerra, Jr. and Patrick Becerra; great grandson, Steven Becerra, Jr.; and sisters, Belen Ungerman, Christine Troncoso, and Olivia Bentura.
Alice is survived by her daughters, Mary Becerra of Waco and Beverlyn Mendez (John) of California; sons, Ben Becerra of Livingston and David Becerra (Dora) of Waco; sister, Louisa Garcia; as well as 21 grandkids, 54 great grandkids, and 29 great-great grandkids.
Pallbearers will be Patricia Zavala, Jaykob Zavala, Nathaniel Perez, Marcelino Reyna, Abel Becerra, Tino Gonzales, Jr. and Carlos Rosado, Jr.
Special thanks to Harbor Hospice and her CNA, Maria Rodriguez, for the love and care that was shown, and to her granddaughter, Patricia Zavala and her kids, Jaykob, Analicia, Nayeli, and Tony for providing love and care as her caregivers the last years of her life.
