Warren was my favorite Uncle, my mother's only brother, & became a Mentor to me in my early 20's & thru some of the most difficult times in my life. He taught me so much about embracing our Malone Family & Irish heritage, but also about embracing our Faith in God thru Jesus Christ. His favorite scripture was Psalm 121 & he lived it too! We had so much fun together reading our Family history & making a family tree all the way back to Ireland. He also taught me so much about our great great grandfather Pvt. Charles Dudley CSA & the Civil War & doing research & writing. We also loved discovering all the traditions of Ireland & visiting there. He spent his entire life- loving God & his family & working hard- providing for his family despite his Beckers Muscular Dystrophy. I was always so PROUD to call him, my Uncle! I will miss him, but so very happy that he is no longer confined to a wheelchair instead is running thru the cotton fields of his childhood & flying thru the Clouds of Heaven with our Jesus! Matthew 25:23. Photo of Me, Warren, & sister Susan at Carol's Wedding, 1988.
