Obituary for Wanda Castro
Wanda Castro, 66, of Waco, Texas passed away Friday, January 28, 2022. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 6-8 pm. Chapel services will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at OakCrest Funeral Home, burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
Wanda was born in Hanover, PA on October 19, 1955 to Samuel D. Weaver Sr., and Hazel R. Weaver. She was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Bollinger; brother, James Weaver; and granddaughter, Syan Marquez.
Survived by her Husband, Natividad Castro; brother, Samuel D. Weaver Jr., and wife, Margaret; sisters, Victoria Arentz, Patti Morris and husband, Mike; and many nieces and nephews; children, Joseph Edward Adams III, Michael David Adams, Heather Chung, Sandra Castro, Brandi Martinez and husband, Lorenzo, J Natividad Castro and wife, Janie; grandchildren, Ciera, Joseph, Selestino, Sylvia, Laurissa, Elexis, Eddie, Natlee, Alyssa, Aliza, Nathan, Madison, Caleb, Adrianna, Jeremiah, Valorie, Fabian, Aliyah, Trae, Anyah, Jayden, Analiyah; and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was a loving and caring person who was always putting everyone else before herself.
She loved when everyone got together especially on her birthdays. She also had a deep passion for lottery tickets and doing crosswords puzzles. She will be greatly missed.
