Frank, on behalf of your family, please accept my sincere condolences. You & I have been friends for almost 70 years, first meeting as new 7th graders at old West Jr. Now, so many of those with whom we shared those days are gone, the world is a different & harsher place, & we all too rarely see each other, but I no less consider us as friends.

Aunt Mattie: I have many fond memories of you and all of our Mejia family gatherings. I remember your seamstress skills and your days of working at Mr. Jacks. Many, many years ago you made me the most adorable crayon apron. I remember the beautiful ice box cakes that you would make for our birthdays. I know you loved your travels to Spain. I will remeber the numerous games of Wahoo! You rest now with my grandparents, your five brothers (including my dad) and your sisters Jo and Juanita. Much love, Christy Mejia Huffman and David Huffman.

Aunt Mat,
You were part of our family so many years since I grew-up and after I was married. Our boys were able to be part of your life also along with their children.
We did our best to continue in mom's footsteps to keep you as part of us.I will miss you but know in my heart you were ready to be with mom and your other siblings.
You are in peace now and no more pain.
We loved you and you remain in our hearts.
Glen and Barbara
