Mary Lupe Quinones was born on July 30, 1944 near Valley Mills, Texas into the loving arms of her parents, Bentura and Vicenta (Gutierrez) Quinones, and on December 2, 2019 she was embraced into the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ.

Mary was full of life, and she didn’t mind saying what was on her mind, always in good taste. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and a very loyal person to all her friends. Mary possessed a strong work ethic that was a positive example to all her family. At each family gathering, everyone looked forward to her great tasting brownies and she always made enough for special friends and family to take some home. She loved to have breakfast, lunch, and or dinner with family and friends, and loved drives in the countryside. At the apartment complex, where she and her sister Nena lived, Mary was known as the Queen Bee of Dominoes, a game she loved to play. Her other pastime after retirement, was watching the old western movies. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her four-legged nieces and nephew.

She was preceded in death, by her parents; sister, Ophelia Ochoa; brothers, Bentura Quinones , Andres Quinones, Sabas Quinones and Saloman Quinones; special niece, Sophia and special nephew Sugar Ray Quinones.

Mary is survived by her sisters; Andrea (Nena) Quinones, and Refugia Duarte, all of Waco, Texas, Nicanora Mayorga, and husband Frank of Dallas, Texas and Susan Guerrero and husband Frank of Denver City, Texas; brothers, Roman Quinones and wife Elvira of Dallas, Texas, and Frank Quinones of Waco, Texas. Sister-in-law, Frances V. Quinones, many nieces and nephews, and a special four legged niece, Lady. She also enjoyed the company of many dear friends.

Rest In Peace Dear Mary, we will miss you.
