Obituary for Mary (Maria) Isabel Ordones
Mary (Maria) Isabel Ordones, 67, of Waco, Texas passed away on May 8, 2023. She was born on July 13, 1955, in San Angelo, Texas.
She worked at Ascension Providence Hospital from August 1975 to August 2022. She retired at 47 years. She was an RN in the ICU department. The year before her retirement, she won the DAISY Award for extraordinary nurses.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alicia Losoya, father, Ramon Losoya, daughter, Celia Ordones, and brother Ramon Losoya, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Ordones, daughter, Renee (Ordones) Butler,
sisters Margaret de Rosenzweig and Lucy Ramirez.
She was loved by anyone who met her.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 17th from 6 to 8 PM with Rosary at 7:30 PM at Oakcrest Funeral Home and the service will be on Thursday, May 18, at 11:00 at St. Louis Catholic Church with interment at Waco Memorial Park.
