He was born in Flushing, New York, on March 17, 1952. He owned numerous businesses in Waco, the last being Hemingway’s Watering Hole.
Gerard is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; daughters, Hillary Meyer and Erin Allen; and granddaughter, Alexis Meyer.
