Domingo Rivera Carvajal, 73, of Hurst, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
Funeral services are at 11:00 am Saturday, December 14, 2019 at The Mighty Wind Church with Pastor Marshall Lopez, officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation was held on Friday, December 13. 2019 from 6 to 8 pm at OakCrest funeral Home.
Domingo was born in Houston, Texas on October 3, 1946 to Domingo and Ramona(Rivera) Carbajal. He graduated from Waco High School and attended college. He married Virginia Rangel on July 19, 2004 in Waco, Texas. Domingo enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and son Domingo P, Carvajal, and the mother of his children Alicia Rendon Carvajal.
Domingo is survived by his wife; daughter, Dominica Carvajal Story and husband Kirk of Plano, Texas and son; Dominic Carvajal of Dallas, Texas; step-son Edward Erickson, of Haltom City, Texas; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great grandchild. Sister, Jane Carbajal Garcia, and husband Henry of Peoria, Arizona, brothers; Rudolph Carbajal and finance Pamela Lawrence of Mesa, Arizona, and Ernest Perez and wife Susan, of Blue, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are: Rudolph Carvajal, Edward Lee Erickson, Richard Erickson, Rudy Duron, Raul Popoca, and Kirk Story.
Honorary Pallbearers are: Dominic Carbajal and Edward Erickson.
