Obituary for Arline Belinda Castillo

Arline Belinda Castillo born on October 29, 1963, left to be with our heavenly father on Friday, January 28, 2022. She was a loving and caring mother, daughter, spouse, nana, sister, aunt, and friend.

Arline was born in Beeville Texas on October 29, 1963, to Maria Rangel and Daniel G. Hernandez, Sr. She graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1982 in Houston, Texas. She worked at Avery Dennison for 13 years. She also worked at Wycon/Sonoco Flexible Packaging, for 12 years. Our mom was a strong, loving, and caring woman who had such a big heart. She loved drawing, listening to music, and doing her make-up. She loved spending quality time with her family especially her grandkids She also love the Dallas Cowboys.

Arline was preceded in death by her father, Daniel G. Hernandez, Sr.; and her brother, Daniel Hernandez, Jr.; and many more family members.

Survivors include her mother, Maria Rangel-Varela and Rolando Varela; sister, Elsie Kageler and husband, Kenneth Kageler; brothers, Jose Varela, Jr., Donald Hernandez and wife, Amanda, David Hernandez and wife, Linda, Robert Hernandez and wife, Sophie; the love of her life of 30 years Eddie Hurtado; and her loving children, daughters, Jessica Keller and husband, Jason Keller, Jennifer Castillo; son, Jesse Castillo, Jr., and wife, Josephine Navarro Castillo. Arline had 12 grandchildren, Haiden Avila-Castillo, Nycholas Castillo, Camiliana Mata, Gloria Olvera, Elijah Delgadillo, Cecilio Olvera, Arion Graham, Tristian Graham, Zoe Keller, Jerry Keller, Trevin Clanton, Jaxson Resendez; she also had many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

A memorial service for Arline will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at OakCrest Funeral Home. We would love for all knew her and loved her to attend and share all the good memories you had with her.
