Manuel Q. Perez Jr., 62 of Waco, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2010 at his residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Frances Catholic Church with burial at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be 7 p.m. Sunday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Manuel was born on August 28, 1947 in Bryan, Texas to Manuel C. Perez Sr. and Aurora (Quesada) Perez. He married the love of his life, Andrea Maciel on September 16, 1966 at St. Frances Catholic Church. Manuel had many hobbies he enjoyed playing baseball, pool, coaching his boys little league teams when they were younger, loved to BBQ and having his friends over.

Manuel is survived by his wife, Andrea; children, Manuel Perez III, Andrew Perez and wife Vicky, Michael and Fiance Kassidey Kuehl, Aurora and husband Michael Ray Hall; seven grandsons; brother, Guadalupe Perez; sister, Janie Perez and husband Kenneth Davis.
