Sharon L. Auldridge, fondly known as “Honey” to family and friends, from a nick name her oldest granddaughter, Stefani gave her, was born in San Diego, on Coronado Island. She was the second of four children born to Freeman D. and Norma Marie (Cavin) Hunt. She was their only girl. She met and married Bill Auldridge in 1960 where they later moved to Waco, Texas in 1965. They had two children, Mark and Cassandra Auldridge. She was a wonderful mother and was very involved with her children, in PTA at Crestview, Tennyson, and Jefferson Moore. Sharon also took in her two nieces and helped raise them. She is remembered by many of the school children as the “snow cone lady”, for the snow cones they would sell each week. Sharon made sure each child who had money or not got a snow cone. She helped raise thousands of dollars for the schools. Everyone she came in contact with loved her. In the early 1980’s she worked for Beall’s Department Store at Richland Mall, she worked there for several years. Later she opened her own business, Home Town Printing, on Austin Avenue for many years. Sharon was still very involved with family even keeping her grandchildren at work with her when they were young. Sharon was very talented and very artistic. She lover to do ceramics. She loved hard and gave even harder. Sharon never had a bad word to say about anyone, she only had two children, but many called her “Mom”.

Sharon went to be with her mother, father and son Mark in Heaven. She fought a long hard battle with lung disease. She will live thru us in our hearts forever. Sharon was a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit and heaven is blessed to have another angel.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bill; daughter, Cassandra Lee Auldridge; grandchildren, Stefani Elizabeth Leblanc, and husband Keith, Chelsea Brianne “Breezy” Campos, and Maiana Anastasia “Maisy” Auldridge-Fisk; great grandchildren; Dezaraye “Dezzy”, Gavin, and Eva Leblanc, Anthony Campos, Olivia “Livi”, and Oscar “Ozzy” Lopez, all of Waco, Texas; brothers, Donald J.
