Obituary for Janie Valdez

Janie  Valdez
Janie Valdez, 59 of Elm Mott, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at her residence. A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 pm Sunday, October 8, at Grace Temple Baptist Church with Dr. Craig Klempnauuer, Th.D. officiating.



Ms. Valdez was born January 25, 1958 to Jacinto and Delfina (Castellon) Valdez in Midland, Texas. She graduated from Midland High School and received her Certified Nurse’s Aide certification. She will be well remembered for her faith and devotion in Jesus. Her encouragement to all she came in contact with, and her friendship.



She is preceded in death by her parents.



She is survived by her loving children; Valeria Wheeler and husband, Gerald (Jerry), Angelia Carvajal and husband, Richard, Christopher Walker and wife, Christina, and, Adrian Davila and wife, Roxanne; grandchildren; Edward, Anthony, Alexas, Amber, Nicholas, Ashly, Ricky, Taylor, Navaya, Samoni, Omarion, Cierra, Matthew, Adrian, Jr., Corrine, Adriana, Kyle, and Evan; and two great grandchildren, Ariah and Matthew, Jr.; the father of her children, Earl Walker; and sisters; Carol, Tina and Rosie; brother, Joe; dear friend, Tiffany; and her longtime companion, Aaron Scott.



She will be missed by family and friends.
