Candyce House Johnson
October 5, 1953 – July 15, 2016

Candyce House Johnson, 62, passed away July 15, 2016 in a Waco hospital after a long battle with COPD. Services will be 3 p.m. Friday, July 22, at Oakwood Cemetery.

A native of Waco, she graduated from Richfield High School in 1971 and from Southern Methodist University where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha in 1975.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Edra House, and a son, Matthew Johnson. She is survived by a brother, David House.

She will always be remembered as the beautiful blonde who had the most fun car in high school--her beloved convertible Cougar. May she ride it into heaven.
