Ralph Eugene Donaldson, of Waco, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016. A memorial service to honor his life will be held Saturday, June 18 at 10 a.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home, with Dr. Craig Klempnauer, TH.D., Pastor of Grace Temple Baptist Church, officiating.

Ralph was born in Waco, Texas on May 29, 1933 to Owen Jefferson Donaldson, Sr. and wife, Bertha Ann.
He served in the United States Marine Corp. in 1953. Upon his return to Waco in 1954, he met his wife of 62 years, Barbara Jean Glass. They were blessed with two children. He retired in 1996 after 33 years of serving as an insurance agent for American National Life Insurance Company.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Owen Donaldson, Jr. and Billy Ray Donaldson.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean Donaldson; son, Daryl Donaldson; daughter, Kim Bradbury and husband, Joe. He was grandfather to three granddaughters, Christie Smith, Amanda Ferrell and Stephanie Archer and a great-grandfather to eight great-grandchildren. Ralph also leaves behind numerous cousins and friends.
