AB "Gus" Questelle
August 30, 1942 - April 16, 2005

AB "Gus" Questelle was taken to be with the Lord on April 16, 2006, Easter Sunday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the OakCrest Funeral Home with Msgr. Mark Deering officiating. Burial will follow in Waco Memorial Park. The rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, at the OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque, by Father Albert Laforet. Visitation with the family will follow the rosary until 8 p.m.

AB was born August 30, 1942 in Biloxi, Miss., to Augustus and Bernice Questelle. He lived in Biloxi for many years and never lost touch with good friends and family there. He came to Texas in 1963 and married the love of his life in 1965. He was a long time member of St. Louis Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, a sister, and two brothers.

AB leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Judy Lewis Questelle; daughter, Raegan Deeley and husband, David; sons, Augustus III and Jared; special nephew, Kenny; and nieces Rachael and Erica. His surviving grandchildren are Katie, Ellen, Mallory, Hillary Deeley, and Kylah Vrana. He referred to his granddaughters as his pretty pretties. He also leaves behind a mother-in-law, Margie Nell Lewis, and a host of family which includes sisters, Sue Love and husband, Charles of Waco, Anne Martinez of Robinson, Debbie Kent of Whitney, Peggy Questelle of Illinois, and Tina Sherrill, and husband, David of Tours, and many friends not mentioned but not forgotten.

Pallbearers are nephews Trey and Lance Robert, Jerrell Lewis, Jeremy Oliver, Markum, Jesse, and Garett Rawls.

Memorials may be made to St. Philips Catholic Church in China Spring.
